Sean Finnigan is the youngest of three Irish Soul Brothers , an Ohio-born tribe of renowned musical masters of Soul, Jazz and Pop performance. Playing Hammond B3 organ and piano, as well as singing, Finnigan has been on the road, onstage or in a recording studio his entire career.
Sean has toured, worked and recorded with Gregg Allman, Rick Danko & Garth Hudson, Willy Dixon, Matt Guitar Murphy, Leon Russel, Tori Amos, Keb Mo, Jeff Healy, Bonnie Bramlett, Dave Mason, Billy Preston, Robb Royer, Joe and Victor Wooten and others.
As an Ohio bred player/singer, he has long, deep roots in Queen City music history. Sean is excited to visit Cincinnati and bring this show to Taft’s Ale House!
Sean will bring all the energy, repertoire and years of performing that made his reputation as a stage animal to these solo shows, playing a selection of his favorite Pop, Jazz and Soul tunes from his family’s long career onstage and on record.
From Basie to the Beatles, Hendrix to The Band, Steven Stills to Miles Davis…Finnigan will survey his favorites, from classics to hidden gems.
