Wellness Wednesdays continue at Taft’s Brewpourium!
Cincinnati Fitness & Boxing is hosting a boxing and conditioning class! Learn the basics of how to box like a pro, including proper stance, how to defend and how to attack. Then, put those new skills to use with punching mitts with other attendees.
With your ticket comes the guided boxing class, all materials (boxing mitts, etc.) a free welcome brew, plus $1 off all pints and $4 off all pizzas for the rest of the night.
Class begins around 6:30PM. All levels are welcome!
