We are taking an exciting new step into the production beer world with a brand new facility in Cincinnati, OH: Taft’s Brewing Co.
The building is located 10 min north of Taft’s Ale House at 4831 Spring Grove Ave, and will be a $6m project in total. The main purpose of the building will be to produce, can and keg beer to be sold out to the market in Ohio and beyond.
Included in the build out will be a taproom, aptly named the Brewpourium. The Brewpourium will house special beers not available at Taft’s Ale House, and will also offer a unique outdoor beer garden, an area for events, as well as an activities space complete with games and other fun reasons to visit and enjoy our wonderful craft creations.
The Brewpourium and public areas of our building will again be designed by Reid & Taylor Studio, the same design team behind Taft’s Ale House. We are also once again working with Drawing Department of Cincinnati for our architectural work.
Along with the announcement of the new facility, the Taft’s team is announcing the Great American Beer Race. From now through Election Day on November 8th, our guests will have the opportunity to order a special flight of four beers called the Beer Ballot. Each flight will come with a ballot that will allow our guests to vote for their favorite of the four and drop their choice into the VOTE BEER box. The votes will be tallied in early November on Election Day, and the beer with the most votes will be our first canned beer at our new facility.
